WILLIAM O ELLIS HOUSE

118 NICOLA ST.jpg W.O. Ellis was a local pharmacist and active community member. He built his home on tree lined Nicola Street in 1929. It has many features typical of the Arts and Crafts style, but it is also looking forward to architectural trends popularized in the 1930s. The cream coloured stucco, green window boxes, and red steps are the original colours.
