LOCK-IN%20HOPE_PLAQUE The Locking in Hope art installation is a unique partnership between the Kamloops Food Bank and the City of Kamloops. Set along the Rivers Trail at the entry to Riverside Park, with Mount Peter in the background, the Locking-In Hope art installation will serve as a visually appealing public reminder of the dedication this community has in supporting one another. It will become an ever-evolving conversation piece and focal point within our city where residents and visitors from near and far can come to immerse themselves in the messaging and unique art-forms the locks portray.
